Split shifts :–
Saturday - 7.15am – 10.00am
Monday - 7.30am – 10.00am & 5.00pm – 7.45pm
Tuesday - 7.30am – 10.00am & 5.00pm – 7.45pm
Wednesday - 7.30am – 10.00am & 500.pm – 7.45pm
Thursday - 7.30am – 10.00am & 5.00pm – 7.45pm
Friday - 7.30am – 10.00am & 5.00pm – 7.45pm
All above hours & shift pattern are based on our summer schedule and are approximate and flexible dependant on workload. During the winter months due to the nature of the business the Hotel runs on a 4 day shift pattern. Full details will be provided during an interview process.
The applicant must be available to work Christmas & New Year which is a very busy period of the hotel
Job Description
Working alongside our chef assisting with preparation of food and service.
General Cleaning of the Kitchen to a good standard
Help with offloading of deliveries
Washing of Pot & Pans
Working within a Kitchen environment is essential, training will be given to the right applicant.
