Paid Ads Executive [United Kingdom]


 

Childcare Business Growth are looking for a well-organised, experienced and rounded Paid Ads Executive with at least 1 years of experience in Paid Traffic Campaigns. You will be a key player in the team, helping us conquer all paid traffic platforms!

We are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional organisational skills and expertise within the realms of, but not limited to, conversion tracking, in particular running paid traffic ads focused on Lead Generation to join our expanding Marketing Team.

For this role, you will need to have experience working hands-on with conversion tracking campaigns across all social media platforms. In addition to this, you'll be working closely with the Paid Ads Executive to proactively identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and researching target audiences;
  • Researching keywords to identify trends and demands, at an affordable cost per click;
  • Measuring conversions
  • Monitoring and optimising campaigns through the utilisation of bidding/ budgeting management, audience/device targeting, structural and ad optimisation;
  • Retargeting and creating lookalike audiences
  • Offering expert analysis and providing suggestions to enhance campaign effectiveness and results;
  • Reporting and campaign success measurement.
