Recruitment Business Partner - (Maternity Cover) - Midlands and East Region [United Kingdom]


 

6 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave until Jan 2024.

Salary - £32,951.62 plus a car allowance of £3840 and home working allowance of £288 per year. IT equipment is provided to support the role.

Location - Remote working covering an area across the Midlands and Eastern England. You will also be required to travel to our services in these areas and to our head office in Bristol (Emerson's Green) on occasions.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our friendly and welcoming team at Hft. This is your chance to make a real difference to people's lives.

You will manage and lead on all recruitment activity, working alongside operational colleagues and hiring managers, offering support and guidance in delivering an excellent candidate to employee journey. The post holder will work within the Midlands or Eastern region of the Care and Support Portfolio. The individual will lead on the recruitment process for established and relief support workers, administrators and managers. The role will involve working to recruitment KPI’s including a reduction in agency spend. To lead and manage on all recruitment activity, working alongside operational colleagues and hiring managers, offering support and guidance in delivering an excellent candidate to employee journey.

Who are you?

The successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate their ability to manage and deliver recruitment and selection campaigns to a positive outcome. You will have a CIPD qualification or other relevant professional qualification, or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge through work-based experience. You will have excellent relationship building skills and be adept at providing professional advice and support to recruiting managers. Excellent IT skills with experience of MS Office and the ability to gather, analyse and interpret data, and draft basic reports are also essential.
