We are looking for C*ompassionate, Approachable, Respectful and E*mpathetic people to provide care and support to our lovely residents at The Lawns, a purpose-built residential home in Weymouth.

Skills
Experience is desirable but a friendly, caring attitude with a willingness to learn is equally important in this fulfilling role which makes a difference to people’s lives.
Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant you will provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well.
Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. Every day will be diverse, and you’ll have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference.
Hours/shift pattern
We have full and part time positions available. All will involve a pattern of early and late plus an element of weekend working.

Qualifications
Level 2 in Health and Social Care or the equivalent would be highly desirable.
As you will be working with vulnerable adults and/or have access to significant information about them if you are successful, you will be required to undergo a DBS check.
This role is UK based and we will need to establish your Right to Work as part of the appointment process.
