Customer Support Operative

Global Cleaning Supplies have vacancies in their Customer Development and Service department. Regular courtesy calls to existing customers. Introducing new and/or updated products to both existing and potential customers. Experience is preferred but not essential. All school holidays off if required

Hours: 10am - 1pm

Duties:

* Provide information to customers to develop existing business

* Build customer product basket

* Log customer service needs on all aspects of supply

* Retain product knowledge

* Advise on product economy and suitability

* Maintain written customer records

* Work individually and as a team member

Skills/Qualifications:

Informing Others, Verbal Communication, Resolving Conflict, Listening, Multi-tasking, Customer Service, General Maths Skills, Promoting Process Improvement, Problem Solving, Thoroughness, Quality Focus

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour
