Location: Glasgow or London

As a Process Lead, you will be key in delivering the transformation journey of the Oracle Hire to Retire (H2R) processes. Your main objective will be to ensure that the processes are clearly defined and continuously improved, alongside integrating to business benefits and operational delivery.

The process lead will support the end-to-end systems process and improvements, providing specialist business knowledge to support any updates and releases of Oracle Cloud. You will work cross functional and interface between the technical systems and project teams, and the service delivery teams. You will act as a change agent, leading the change of core process business systems, processes and people who will be operating or impacted now or in the future.


  • Work collaboratively with the H2R stakeholders and the Business Operations team to define, prioritise and implement core system processes. Accountable for responding to business requirements, continuous improvements and ensuring process solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Oversee and project manage system impacts for any large change initiatives that impact system design, functionality, and operation.
  • Influence changes and improvements delivered by the Oracle Cloud based system. Take an active role in the community to learn and share knowledge, champion new ways of working.
  • Ensure that the H2R process mitigates risks and maintain the controls and audit requirements set.
  • Building and delivering project plans, ensuring buy in from and alignment from key stakeholders to deliver tangible and embedded business change, whilst proactively mitigate risk. Maintain process maps, standard operating plans, relationships internally and externally with key users and stakeholders.
  • Review changes and highlight potential business opportunities at Quarterly Release, working closely with the Heathrow BizOps and Managed Service Team to help test and resolve any bugs and develop solutions to work around.
  • Play an active role in the Oracle customer community forums to learn from other organisations and influence Oracles roadmap of future functionality.

  • Proven Systems and Programme Transformation delivery experience, demonstrating delivery in the hire to retire core process.
  • Oracle HCM experience.
  • A strong understanding of any of these areas – Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits or Helpdesk would be highly desirable.
  • Ability to create strong relationship with internal/external stakeholders, communicate in an effective manner, whilst demonstrating influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in an environment of competing priorities, balancing risk, and challenging deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of H2R processes and the impact these processes have on business.
  • Able to work cross functional to implement changes.

Working Location

Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
