We are looking for a capable Warehouse Assistant to join our team and support our company’s busy warehouse operations. We are a production company supplying set, lighting, sound, and AV equipment for events across London, based in the Surrey.
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm with occasional weekend availability required.
No prior experience or knowledge of the industry is required.
This is a physical role that requires loading and unloading trucks, lifting heavy cases, and preparing and restocking equipment for jobs.

Proven warehouse experience is desired but not required.
We are a small team, and it is more important to us that we find a personable candidate with a good, positive attitude and a proactive team player than lots of experience.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Loading and unloading trucks, vans and deliveries
- Preparing and loading outgoing kit, ensuring accuracy of contents
- Receiving and unloading incoming kit, verifying accuracy of contents and reporting any defects
- Stocking, organising, and maintaining equipment
- Ensure accurate list fulfilment and timely preparation of equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred but not necessary
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfilment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and proactive team player
