We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for providing excellent customer service on a daily basis. We have an exciting and rewarding job opportunity for you if you are a positive, energetic and enthusiastic person. We would require you to also have experience in Driving work van to cover shifts if needed
Job Duties:
- Greet and direct customers
- Answer incoming calls
- Provide accurate information regarding available products and services
- Resolve customer complaints
- Become familiar with all product categories, brands, and types to help customers select the right product for them
- Take orders using computer system
- Check out customers using computer system
- Keep store clean and organized
- Help maintain a positive and professional environment in store for both customers and team members.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of English language preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments multiple tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.60 per hour
