Experienced Call Centre Advisor required for on-going call centre role in the nearby areas to Cardiff.
- £14.02 per hour
- Hybrid working pattern (1 to 2 days a week required in office)
- Very well-paid overtime rates available

Principal Duties:
- Handling inbound and making outbound calls to existing customers
- Support customers via email and website communications
- Making 40 to 50 calls a day to customers.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in call centre environments
- Superb customer services & communication skills
- Good IT skills (especially Excel)
- Personable and engaging
- Ability to work on your own initiative, be inquisitive and decisive.
