If you do, this role is perfect for you! Here at Peabody, we have two opportunities for a Contact Centre Adviser on a permanent basis at our office in Houghton Regis.

A bit about the role:

  • Provide support and assistance to our customers when reporting repairs, ensuring that the correct diagnosis is established.
  • Ensure that tasks given are completed to a high standard and within set timescales.
  • Ensure all relevant company policies, procedures and standards are understood and adhered to.

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will ensure we achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through ownership and pro- active interaction with customers and colleagues. Some of the key results for the role include:

  • Delivering an easy, reliable and empathetic service to your internal and external customers, by seeking to understand fully your customer's needs

  • Have good communication skills and proactively manage relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.

  • Positively challenge and promote continuous improvements and bring a proactive and adaptable attitude to the team.

This role will require a minimum of three days working in the Houghton Regis office.
