RECUP UK is a leading company that manufacture, wash and supply reusable drinking cups to stadiums and festivals across The UK. As the business grows, an opportunity has opened up for a customer service advisor / office administrator to join the team.

If you enjoy engaging with people, can work as part of a team and have excellent attention to detail, then this could be the role for you.

Your primary role within the company will be to:

  • Respond to current and new customer queries through email
  • Answer phone calls from customers and clients
  • Help customers on our Live Chat service from our website
  • Process refunds/returns/cancellation requests
  • Resolve customer service disputes
  • Some Personal Assistant tasks for the MD
  • General administrative duties
  • Running regular reports

Who are we looking for?

We need an individual who has:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to learn
  • A proactive approach
  • A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
  • At least a year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge or experience of online marketplaces like Amazon or eBay is advantageous but not required
