During this time of the year, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Enfield. As a Temporary Warehouse team member you will play a vital role in ensuring M&S have a perfect Food offering for all customers as at this magical time of year.
Whats in it for you:
Pay rates of £12.89 + £1.81 per between 18:00 - 06:00
London Weighting allowance - £20 per week
A Christmas bonus of up to £1,000 for those employed on or before 27th November 2023 (subject to T&Cs and completion of all key working dates)
Shift pattern - 08:00 - 16:30 or 16:00 - 24:30

What you’ll need:
Whilst Warehouse experience (ideally in a chilled environment) is beneficial, we are also looking for passionate, adaptable and collaborative people. Full comprehensive training will be provided and in return for your achievements we also offer fantastic pathways and career progression opportunities, many of our current Team Leaders or Warehouse Managers have started their career as a Warehouse Operative. Our ideal warehouse operative will be able to follow instructions whilst working together as a team with pace and adaptability.
