About Cinergi:

Cinergi are a family business based in Romsey. We specialise in renewable heating technologies such as Air source heat pumps, as well as Solar PV & Battery Systems. We are a small team with a reputation for quality workmanship with an increasing workload, and as such, are looking for a Office Administrator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Answering telephone calls, and handling general queries
  • Carrying our heat loss calculations using heat loss software
  • Maintain internal CRM database
  • Drafting Proposals
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Experience:

  • Good communication skills both in person and on the telephone
  • Previous experience in administration preferred not essential
  • Be a fast learner
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic
  • Be efficient, organised and and have a good eye for detail

The Benefits:

Salary will be offered based on experience plus company pension scheme as well as Private Medical Insurance.

Annual leave starts at 22 days per year (plus bank holidays) and increases 1 day per year (to a max of 30 + bank holidays). Loyalty is priority for us at Cinergi.
